Like getting ready for any great event, sometimes you might try on a few outfits . This was certainly the case with our newest development project, Leonard & Lane, in Ascot Vale, where we thought just before we looked to leave the house “we can do better”.

After some design tweaks and review, we’re delighted to announce that council agreed with us and approved our new design. Boasting terraces off every bedroom, larger kitchen/living areas and the addition of separate studies to Townhouses 2, 3 and 4 as well as townhouse 1, we’re thrilled to be able to launch the project with the help of Alex Karbon Real Estate and Small & Co marketing.

Leonard and Lane brings together the successful development team of Mason Developments and Red Earth Developments in a collaboration with the design wizards at Chamberlain Architects. With construction of the largest townhouses ever to be built in Ascot Vale, the project will comprise four generously-sized townhouses that feature three bedrooms, three bathrooms, designer kitchen and living areas, separate studies, rooftop terraces and double garages.
