Leveson Place – Construction Update

Two weeks ago, something was seen at 39-43 Leveson Street for the first time in over 50 years: Dirt.

Not since the former warehouse was built on the site in the 1940s, have people been able to see the kind of openness and views of the city that we know can be found in the parks and open spaces dotted around North Melbourne.

To be honest though, it’s not the ground we’re that interested in but what is about to be built on top with the first townhouses to be constructed on Leveson Street, North Melbourne.

With a nod to the traditional terrace houses of old, but with features like double-glazing, solar panels and skylights, these homes are truly of their time and a future icon in the heart of North Melbourne Village (if we do say so ourselves).

October and November are the final months to craft your home, so now is the time to add your own personal touch to this once in a generation project.

Completion is due 2019.
