Leveson Place Construction Update: February

With the concrete slabs now down, the ground floor party walls now up and the first floor being laid, works are well under way on the first Town Homes built in the heart of North Melbourne Village for a generation.

Utilising recycled brick from the warehouse that formerly occupied the site (after the bricks were collected, cleaned and returned), we’re using a material that not only is a great insulator with inherent character and unique history, but they go to heart of what Leveson Place is all about: crafted homes for people who appreciate value, not just cost.

It has been terrific to be breaking ground at a project 2 years in the planning and design. After bringing another of our projects to life at Leonard & Lane, we can’t wait to start showing off the skills of our construction partners and the promise of the design.
