Leveson Place Construction Update: May

With the roofs on and plastering due to start, May has been materials month at Leveson Place.

This was the month where the designs came off the page and became real. It was when the benchtop stopped being described as “Storm Marble” from G-Lux and starts being called “Slab 47259J” because that’s the attention to detail that we have.

And it’s not just what’s designed, but where we think we can excel.

With so much focus and inspiration drawn from the surrounding historically industrial area and on recycling and reclaiming old material, the Mason Development and Red Earth Teams went to have a look at Shiver Me Timbers reclaimed timber floors.

So, what do you do when you promise something and then find something even better? Ask. We asked all of our Leveson Placians what they thought about the reclaimed solid timber and they loved it, so guess what? We’re doing it at no extra cost for everyone.

This is what Leveson Place is all about. When you purchased your Place, it was never just about the materials, the design or the location: you were buying a team that always have the final outcome and the people at its heart.

Finally, this month saw the project go live again! The two available town homes have just hit the market, so now you can check out Domain.com.au and Realestate.com.au and get even more detail about North Melbourne, what else is available (and not as good as Leveson Place!)

Next Month, stand by for the facade’s big reveal.
