Leveson Place Construction Update: July

While we wouldn’t say we’ve had some big nights at Leveson Place, we’ve definitely had some big days and progress on site continues to reflect it.

Just over the halfway point of 2019, we’re more than halfway through these once-in-a-generation homes with roofs on, plumbing and insulation in, the windows going in and everything getting plastered.

Add to that the arrival of our recycled timber floor, openable skylights, air-conditioning and the final brickwork, things are moving faster than the falling winter temperatures!

The other big news at Leveson Place is the sales…we’re delighted with the latest rush of people calling Leveson Place their home with two more purchasers picking out their new Place in June. We can’t wait to welcome them home.

You might have seen it on Channel Nine’s ‘Luxury Homes Revealed’ and the feature they did of our most recent project, Leonard and Lane.

Well, because of the great response to this design, we decided to include it in two of the town homes at Leveson Place.

Finally, we were honoured to be featured in City of Melbourne’s Knowledge Week as part of their ‘Evolving City: Designing for Change’ workshop. Well done to all involved!
