“Are you all silent? All finished…?”

It’s with great pleasure that we can announce that we’ve sold our fifth and final home at our newest project Albert Heights in Lilydale.

While this might be “mission accomplished” for development teams, our favourite part is just beginning; building people’s future homes.

Over the next few months we’ll be providing updates on the progress of the homes, starting with getting dirty with all of the drainage and earthworks.

We can’t wait to welcome our new owners to their homes and our thanks and congratulations to our sales partners LoutonSmith in selling-out the project in 3 months!
