“We loved Leveson Place at first sight, the design and layout just worked for us as the light is drawn through the north facing large double glazed doors and windows coupled with the high ceilings, a quality build and great finishes, good use of renewables, recycled floor boards and bricks, solar panels and hydronic heating meant it has always been warm, the skylight enabling cool evening breezes to be captured on those warmer days if we wish.  Plenty of room for storage, even a nice temperate area under the stairs which is great for wine. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and always with a smile by Alexander and the team who have created this home, its great to live at Leveson Place quiet, friendly and secure but in the heart of all the fabulous North Melbourne offerings.”
