Hallam Childcare
At Mason Developments, we’d been looking for a childcare centre project and in 208 Princes Hwy, Hallam, we found one.
Designed by T3 Architecture, the expertise in the design and meeting the expectations of centre operators and the centre’s future community was there from the start.
But it was the future tenant, KingKings, who brought the centre to life. With the dependability of a Swiss watch, our construction partner’s in Red Earth Developments brought their attention to detail and desire to get the best outcome to yet another of our projects.
Healesville Childcare
Completed in June 2025, this 92-place childcare saw Mason Developments collaborate with Small Friends Childcare & Education for the first time.
Completed inside 10 months, the project set a new standard for centres in the area with a particular focus on sustainability with solar PV system, water reuse for toilets and our second All-Electric centre. It also made extensive use of recycled bricks as a feature of its design.
Our team, under our Mason Developments banner, acted as development manager, procuring and managing the design, consultant and construction teams as well as liaising with the operations and landscaping contractors and post-handover items. We also assisted in project managing and executing a range of Tenant Works to take advantage of existing contractor relationships and avoiding costly delays and variations.
Dandenong Childcare
Completed in January 2025, this 112-place double storey childcare continued our collaboration with KingKids Early Learning & Child Care.

Creswick Childcare
Teaming up again with InSite Architects, we are excited to be part of a new centre for the Victorian Regional town of Creswick.
Located 15 minutes north of Ballarat, we’re looking forward to bringing this 73-place centre to life and opening the doors in 2026.
