Leveson Place set a new standard for urban village living in North Melbourne, with ten architecturally designed homes set in the heart of one the most celebrated communities on the City’s fringe. Drawing inspiration from the industrial history of the neighbourhood, our designers created a vision for Leveson Place that is both highly functional and visually appealing, with a nod to the brick warehouses and saw-toothed roofs in the area.

Comprising four generously-sized townhouses that feature three bedrooms and three bathrooms, designer kitchen/living areas, separate studies, rooftop terraces and double garages, this project always looked like a real winner.

The team worked hard on designing the inside to look at great as the outside, and we think they’ve done an incredible job!
