We’re there! After two years of designing, planning, consulting and, above all, dreaming, not only do we have a planning permit, but our display suite for Leveson Place will be opening in the first week of the new year! What’s more, we’ve even got a name:

Featuring 10 architecturally designed townhouses that take inspiration from North Melbourne’s heritage, Chamberlain Architects have included the kind of modern comforts and qualities that will make this project a standout in inner-city living.

Ranging from 150-240 sqm in size, the project is another successful collaboration of Red Earth Developments and Mason Developments and will maintain all the hallmarks at its heart in quality construction, beautiful design and a focus on liveability. It’s a project that shows what can be achieved when you think just a little differently about what inner-city living can look like.
