Leveson Place Construction Update: September

Yep, we’re already up to that stage!

The front doors are on, the kitchens are going in, the painting has begun and the detail is coming into focus. The biggest reveal this month was certainly the front façade.

Over the last couple of months, we’ve been inviting people to come down to Leveson Place to see the progress as well as the detail of each home. And as the detail becomes more apparent each month, more people are purchasing their Place at Leveson Place.

Why?

Maybe it’s the improving market and clearance rates steadily rising to over 75% compared to the levels they were before the property price correction?

Maybe people like what they see like see?
Where else will you find an inner-city townhouse made from double brick?
