Leveson Place Construction Update: December

The Stone, the Timber, the Marble, the Bricks, the Gardens, the Workmanship… The Place has Almost Arrived

Years in the design and planning, months in the preparation and almost a year of building Leveson Place is now on the cusp of completion.

Where else will you find an inner-city townhouse made from double brick? Where else will you find recycled timber floors with genuine, not manufactured character? Where else will you find new homes wrapped in actual cedar cladding? Where else will you find a project where every single home is unique?

It’s been a privilege to have been part of the project and one that we hope will be a beacon for inner-city living for the future.

It’s also time for us to reveal some of our last finishing touches that you won’t find in the brochure.

We’re thrilled to have connected all of the homes with PowerShop, Australia’s greenest energy company to ensure Leveson Place does its bit to reduce its impact on the environment. But wait, there’s more!

In addition, we have installed solar panels to every individual roof, so when residents aren’t purchasing Australia’s greenest power, their producing their own.

We can also announce that the homes will feature hydronic heating throughout the homes for the colder months and openable skylights to let in fresh air during the warmer months.

Now people can really see the vision of Leveson Place made real and there is still the opportunity for a small few to make it theirs.

Before the end of the year, we’ll be inviting people who register to a special VIP viewing and opportunity to purchase one of the last remaining town homes.
